DVBLink NetworkServer

For a couple of weeks I am using a product called DVBLink. It acts as a virtual DVB card (so Mediacenter thinks its real hardware). The reason that I am using DVBLink is that it allows me to use a softcam (CCCam in this case) in Mediacenter. It acts like a proxy for my real card, and passes the stream through.

I read in the forums (http://dvblogic.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=1177) that the devs are working on a networked version of DVBLink. They already have a prototype running. This would be the ultimate Softsled alternative! You can create a virtual tuner on a PC without real tuners, and watch live tv. The data will be streamed from the pc which has a real tuner (somewhere in your home network).

It will be a couple of weeks until they release a beta, but for the mean time: What do you guys think? Wouldn't this solve our problems?
